Booking & Cancellation Policy

At GetMeYatra, we believe in transparency and hassle-free bookings. Here’s everything you need to know:

Booking Policy

  • Booking Confirmation: Once you've completed the booking process, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your trip.
  • Payment Terms: We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, and online payment gateways. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Booking Amendments: Any changes (like travel dates or passenger details) must be notified in writing. Changes are subject to availability & charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • 15-30 days prior to departure: 25% of the total tour cost.
  • 7-14 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • Less than 7 days prior: 75% of the total tour cost.
  • Refunds: Processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
  • No-Show: No refund shall be provided for no-shows.

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances (like natural disasters, political unrest, or travel restrictions), we reserve the right to cancel or modify the trip. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative trip will be offered, subject to feasibility.
